About Me
I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 10 years of clinical experience, specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and complex trauma. As an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist, I offer a compassionate, culturally sensitive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming approach to therapy, grounded in evidence-based practices that foster lasting emotional healing and personal growth.

My therapeutic work is rooted in a trauma-focused framework, integrating both mind and body techniques to support holistic healing. I draw on a variety of modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients process trauma and build resilience. I believe in the power of individualized treatment, tailoring my approach to meet each client's unique needs and experiences.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from La Salle University in Philadelphia and have had the privilege of providing mental health services in diverse settings, including schools, intensive outpatient programs, and partial hospitalization programs. With extensive experience working with adults (18+), I am committed to providing personalized therapy that empowers clients to heal, grow, and lead fulfilling lives.

I offer convenient teletherapy services for clients in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands, ensuring accessibility and support. Whether you're navigating past trauma or seeking tools to manage life's challenges, I am here to guide you on your path to emotional well-being.

Trauma Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, non-verbal therapeutic approach designed to help you process and heal from past traumatic and adverse experiences. In my practice, I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy with EMDR to provide a holistic treatment experience. This combination allows us to explore and address negative beliefs about yourself that may be influencing your present life.

Together, these approaches focus on healing past wounds, reducing the symptoms you're currently experiencing, and fostering lasting emotional well-being. Through this process, we work to release the grip of trauma, enabling you to move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and peace.

Individual Therapy
In traditional talk therapy, I create a non-judgmental and compassionate environment where you can freely express yourself. I incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness techniques, alongside mind-body approaches, to enhance your sense of safety, awareness, and emotional regulation.
By blending psychoeducation with skill-building exercises, I empower you to apply these tools outside of our sessions. This approach helps improve both your relationship with yourself and your interactions with others, fostering long-term personal growth and resilience.
